The Archaeological Museum and the Art Gallery

The archaeological museum in Sozopol is housed in a building conceded by the Holy Synod in 1961. Ancient archaeological exhibits - artefacts from the 5th century BC to 17th century AD are showcased in the museum. Exhibits of Christian art dating from between the 17th and 19th century can be seen as well.

The Snake Island
